A group of NLFR runners and friends run a series of Thursday night structured speed sessions, the focus of which is to improve fitness, running speed, endurance and stamina

The sessions vary from week to week and start from a variety of places around North Leeds following the schedule below. Please see the links for the individual session plans (including location details).

All are suitable for runners of all paces and we will attempt either do the session as one group or break into similar pace groups where possible.

If there are any late changes, these will be emailed out to the North Leeds Fell Runners email list and hopefully put on the FB page when possible.

There will be no sessions when there are local fell races, as we like to support local races and you are encouraged to do them instead, as they are a great workout in themselves.
